Join intrepid newsman Buck Denver and all of his friends on an amazing journey into Christmas that will have your classroom singing and laughing and creating all the way through the Christmas season! The Why Do We Call It Christmas? curriculum was built with the holidays in mind – it’s easy to use for volunteers and perfect for large groups. This 4-lesson curriculum pack has everything you need on DVD, DVD-Rom and CD-Rom.

The Christmas Curriculum Volume contains 4 weeks.

Week 1: The children will hear the Biblical story of Christmas (Luke 2:1-20) and discover the answers to the BIG questions of Christmas.

Week 2: The children will hear the history of Christmas and participate in a serving project.

Week 3: The children will learn about the tradition of Hanukkah and experience a small group celebration.

Week 4: The children will review the Christmas story and learn that Christmas is about God choosing to be with us (Emmanuel).
